Breakfast or Lunch? Brunch Dishes!

In a household of only two, I tend to make smaller recipes than you might want in a family of four or more, but all these recipes can be doubled easily if they don’t serve enough people. I’ll also add that I tend to eat a small serving, usually only one egg or 1/2 to 1 cup’s worth, so if you’re a bigger eater, double the recipe.

This list is, by no means, all the great dishes from this blog that can fit in this grouping, but some of the more common ones.
